I watched an interview for one of the prior call of responsibility annualized games (like modern warfare 3 or more so), and also the developers essentially said that normal gamers (the ones who play halo, killzone, battle along with other shooters) don't purchase call of duty games. The majority of people who play call of duty will only buy Cod and Madden nfl 21 coins a sports match. CODX and TIgerwoods 20xx, CODX and Madden20XX, CODX and NBA2kXX, and etc.. And they will do this religiously every year. I have heard this subset known as Brogamers--kind of the antithesis to people that just play The Sims/Animal Crossing but in the end it's a similar paying pattern. Totally agree with you and that interview from back in the afternoon (individual time is flying by). Bro have you played a Madden game lately? They are fucking terrible! Same engine as they used on PS3, yet the game has less features and more bugs than it did 15 decades back. It's objectively a terribly made game.
The madden criticism that surfaced has nothing to do with your remark. Its an increasing group of individuals who wish to play a good football game, but Ea keeps selling them exactly the exact same game without upgrading the engine. This group needs the nfl to give out multiple instances of likeness rights or offer them exclusively to another company that would hopefully make a much better game. Not surprising. This is the reason why EA doesn't need to bother ever improving anything in the majority of their manners or repairing any bugs that have been there for several years. People will get it regardless and whales will dump tons of money into MUT. 2k has similar troubles and the microtransaction stuff is gross but in least that has good gameplay and top tier demonstration and cheap mut coins madden 21 they still put in a little more effort. Sports game simply have an entirely different demographics to matches like Witcher 3 and CIV.
