Open to the public. Participants acknowledge and agree that the organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. By participating, attendees voluntarily assume all risks and release the organizers from any liability.
- Game 2:30 to 5:00 PM
- Registration fee: $30 per registered player.
- Organized by A-CAST (Association of Chinese Americans Southlake Texas), a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
  - All surplus funds (registration fees minus court fees / snacks / trophy cost) will benefit the 2026 Southlake Spring Festival.
