Open to the public. Participants acknowledge and agree that the organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. By participating, attendees voluntarily assume all risks and release the organizers from any liability.
- Check-in 1:30pm, game plays 2:00 - 5:00pm.
- Registration fee: $20 per registered player. Winners will be awarded medals.
- Organized by A-CAST (Association of Chinese Americans Southlake Texas), a local 501(c)(3) non profit organization.
  - All surplus funds (registration fees minus court fees / medals cost) will benefit the 4th Southlake Spring Festival.
