About the Event
Open to the public. Participants acknowledge and agree that the organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. By participating, attendees voluntarily assume all risks and release the organizers from any liability.
Check-in 1:00-1:30pm, announcement and Q/A 1:35-1:50pm, game plays 2-5:45pm.
Registration fee: $30 per registered player. Each player may participate more than one category. Champions will be awarded trophies.
Organized by A-CASTÂ (Association of Chinese Americans Southlake Texas), a local 501(c)(3) non profit organization.
All surplus funds (registration fees minus court fees / snacks / trophy cost) will benefit the 4th Southlake Spring Festival.
