Jianbing guozi (Chinese: 煎饼馃子) is a deep-fried thin crispy cracker rolled in a thin pancake is a popular Chinese street food originating in Tianjin. It consists of wheat and mung bean-based crepe, an egg, deep-fried  thin crackers (known as Bao Cui/薄脆 in Chinese), 2 to 3 savoury/spicy sauces, chopped green onion. Folded into an envelope, Jian Bing guozi is usually eaten as finger food while people travel to work/school on busy mornings.
